I'm one of those people who just all of a sudden decides to rock the boat and change everything up so while I didn't upload 15 brand new icons, I changed out 8 or so of them. 15 is not nearly enough!!! But I don't need a paid account so the upheaval's will have to do.
I blame my friend Sarah for making me watch Degrassi: TNG. I'm on Season 2 Ep. 12 already. Why do I do this?
Never done one of these before but why not?
The level of celebrity is hard to define, but thanks to my associations with a programming board here on campus I've gotten to meet a few "celebrities". My favorite to meet and take a picture with was Chris Hansen from NBC's "To Catch a Predator". I'm like weirdly addicted to that show and wish they would bring it back. He spoke at my school and it was intertaining. Afterwards he called our schools newspaper forum and left the message "I'm Chris Hansen. Why don't you have a seat?" I've also gotten my picture with Comedian Jeff Dye, Morgan Spurlock, Will Freaking Ferrel, and some others.
I should update about my life. I'll do that later. Back to Arrested Development.
Honestly, I had no idea how long it's been since I had cried but all I knew for certain was that it had been a very long time. There has been so much stress in my life recently with the roomate situation, classes, work, special projects, trying to be everything for everyone, etc that I knew if I could just cry it all out, I would feel so much better. The only trouble being, I could not seem to shed a tear and really that just frustrated me more than everything. But I did it and I really do feel better!!!
My roomate agreed that we needed to cry it out. She confided in me that the last scene in "Never Been Kissed" always gets to her. Lucky us, Wal-Mart had the movie on sale for $4 so we purchased it and watched it tonight. But, no luck. My left eye was a little damp, but no real tears shed. So then I moved on to the Halmark adaptaion of Mitch Albom's "The Five People you meet in Heaven". The cut below is a summary of the story, without any major spoilers.
( Read more... )To avoid any plot spoilery besides what is behind the cut, I'll just say that everyone should either read the book or watch the movie. It's amazing. Yep that's it. My whole post. I just needed to get that out there. Have a good rest of your day.
So I've compiled a list of my favorite songs. Like ever. I have no idea why there are twelve of them. And I do call them collectively my "401 Grape Water" playlist. The name is a weird story. About 3 years ago I worked at a day camp and we were playing a game of telephone. The starting word was “Camp Emergency Action Plan” and I honestly have no idea but my bunch of bright 7 year olds ended up with “401 Grape Water”. It has nothing to do with my favorite songs at all but I think it’s a pretty B.A. title for a playlist.
